2. Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail. There is no threat perception on witnesses.

3. Accordingly, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Taherpur Police Station until further orders and to report to the officer-in-charge of the Police Station concerned within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing i.e. Ranaghat Police Station once in a week until further orders are waived.

4. Petitioner shall report to the officer-in-charge of Taherpur Police Station once in a month. Other conditions of bail shall continue.
