Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement made by the 8 years old victim before the learned Magistrate, I do not consider this to be a fit case where an application for quashing on the ground of compromise can be entertained. Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed and the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
