1. Learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are interested to challenge the order dated 13.04.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 4th Court, Alipore in Title Suit No. 273 of 2021, vacating the ad interim order of injunction by way of an appeal.

2. Having regard thereto, the learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid application.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioners, let the aforesaid revisional application being CO 1238 of 2024 be dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
