It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the writ petition has been filed before this Court under certain misunderstanding of the jurisdiction of this Court subsequent to the promulgation of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause before the appropriate forum, if otherwise permissible in law. The time spent between 04.04.2024 being the date of filing of the writ petition till today, i.e., 10.07.2024 shall be construed as a litigation being pursued before a Court without jurisdiction in a bona fide manner.
