Ms. Papiya Chattopadhyay ... for the Petitioners This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 98 of 2015 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haldia, as also Misc. Case No. 10 of 2018 arising therefrom.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of copy of the revisional application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being directed, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order on the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Haldia to dispose of Misc. Case No. 10 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and preferable within a period of two months from the next date

fixed. Thereafter, the learned Trial Court is further requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 98 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the date of disposal of the Misc Case without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

C.O. 1360 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations.

No order as to costs.
