As per the report given by the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology of Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata dated 22.03.2022 the respondent no. 1 is 60% visually handicapped. Considering the report, the recommendation made by the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), appointed under the provisions of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, made by the order dated 19th February, 2021 is retained. The writ petition is dismissed on the same grounds and reasons as given in the detailed judgment passed in WPA 10139 of 2021.
