Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that inspite of direction being passed upon the Officer-in-Charge of Keshpur Police Station in T.S. 67/23, illegal construction is being proceeded at the behest of the private respondents by violating the order of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur. To that effect information was furnished before the Superintendent of Police, Paschim Medinipur, however no action has been taken.

State has submitted a report wherein the Officerin-Charge of Keshpur Police Station contended that no construction work on the disputed land is taking place. Be that as it may, the Additional SP/SDPO/DSP in-Charge of Keshpur Police Station would ensure that the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur in T.S. 67/23 be complied in letter and spirit and a personal inspection be

carried out by the Superior Officer in respect of the order passed by the Civil Court and to that effect report be sent to the Civil Court within a month from date of inspection. With the aforesaid observations WPA 9152 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
