There is an issue of long absconsion of the petitioner. The police case is dated July 4, 2022. Process of Proclamation and Attachment were also initiated against the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1246 of 2024 is disposed of.
