The petitioners are two out of several accused persons. They say that they had no active role to play in the incident. The incident is a fallout of dispute between the two families. Charge sheet has been submitted. Their custodial interrogation is not necessary.

We have seen the statements of witnesses including eyewitnesses in the case diary. Prima facie, the statements implicate these petitioners. We have seen the injury report, which reveals serious injury having been suffered by the victim. On an overall assessment of the facts and circumstances of the case and the prima facie role of the

petitioners in the alleged incident, we are not inclined to allow this application for anticipatory bail.
