In the matter of : Sainaj Khatun ...For the petitioner Ms. N. Tasheen ...For the petitioner Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, APP Ms. Sonali Das ...For the State Impugned order granting interim bail is an interlocutory one. Hence, we are not inclined to interfere with the said order.

It is contended that opposite party no. 2 is threatening the petitioner and other witnesses.

It is open to the petitioner to canvas such issue before the Court who has granted interim bail and seek cancellation. In the event, such prayer is made the same shall be considered at the earliest and not later than four weeks from the date of institution of such proceedings.

With the above observation, the application for cancellation of bail being CRM (DB) 1535 of 2023 is disposed of.
