It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that the matter was not heard on 16th June, 2021 although the matter was directed to appear before the learned Tribunal under the heading Admission Hearing on 16th June, 2021. In view of the fact that the matter relates to compassionate appointment, we request the learned State Administrative Tribunal to consider and dispose of the Original Application within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the writ petition.
