Objection filed by the applicant/petitioner against the affidavit of compliance is taken on record. The applicant/petitioner is aggrieved by the demarcation made by the alleged contemnor.

However, it appears that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with by the alleged contemnor.

In view of the same CPAN 442 of 2022 is disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
