And In Re : Chanchal Mondal @ Chanchal Mandal ..... petitioner Mr. Kaushik Choudhury ... for the petitioner Mr. Binay Panda Mr. Subham Bhakat ... for the State Statements of witnesses prima facie disclose involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of 15 bottles of Phensedyl Syrup. Bail prayer of the petitioner has been rejected earlier on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Chemical examiner's report be placed before the trial court at the earliest.
