In this writ petition the petitioner has highlighted the grievance with regard to the incident which took place between the Public Prosecutor and the Additional Public Prosecutor in the District & Sessions Court at Purba Bardhaman. The Court had issued certain directions and pursuant to which a report dated 25th April, 2023 has been filed by the learned Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal. From the said report we find that normalcy has been restored and the Courts have started functioning and the Public Prosecutors are also attending Court.

The report filed by the Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal is placed on record.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
