The Officer-in-charge, Egra Police Station, Mr. Mausam Chakraborty, is personally present in Court and tenders unconditional apology.

The same is accepted.

The Officer-in-charge, Egra Police Station shall ensure that the petitioners' business is not in any way disturbed the private respondents, particularly those against whom the proceeding under Section 107 and 116 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In the event of any complaint filed by the petitioners, the Officer-in-charge, Egra Police Station shall immediately look into the same and acted upon. The personal appearance of Mr. Mausam Chakraborty is dispensed with.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
