... for the SSC Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner, in Court today, is taken on record. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition relates to transfer of petitioner from his present school to another school.

It is submitted by the learned advocates representing the parties that the petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher on being selected through First State Level Selection Test-2016 (in short "SLST") (Classes IX and X).

It is also submitted on behalf of the parties that the entire selection process relating to First

SLST-2016 (Classes IX, X, XI and XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no order need be passed at this stage.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, in future, if situation so arises.
