The instant revisional application has been preferred against an impugned order dated 16.03.2011 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas in CR Revision No. 39 of 2011 arising out of alleged impugned order dated 11.01.2011 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore in M.103/2008 (M.P. Case No. 1463 of 2007) declaring the force of order dated 11.01.2011 of expiry of 60 days with efflux of time. The impugned order has lost its efficacy.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
