Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that two of the co-accuseds were enlarged on bail by this Hon'ble Court in CRM (DB) 222 of 2022 on April 11, 2022. Morever, the police submitted charge sheet.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State refers to the materials in the case diary.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to enlarge any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 2187 of 2022 is dismissed.
