So far as the order dated 16.06.2023 is concerned, Ms. Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the KMC submits that the deposit of Rs.1 lakh (each) should be made to the concerned department of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation which would issue receipts to the petitioners. So far as the incorporation of the phrase "Building Department, Assessment of Collector" is concerned, which has been referred to in respect of the KMC, the same should be considered to be deleted in the order dated 16.06.2023. So far as Mr. Chowdhury's prayer is concerned for changing the name of the petitioners, the same is turned down.

The application being CRAN 3 of 2023 is, thus, disposed of.
