Mr. Sumalya Chakrabarty, proxy advocate ... For the petitioner The matter was put into the list upon being mentioned. On 17th August, 2021 when the matter was taken up, an adjournment was sought for on behalf of the petitioner. Today, a proxy advocate appears and submits that he has been instructed by Mr. Kunal Banerjee, learned advocate, representing the petitioner to seek for a further adjournment.

It is apparent from the conduct of the petitioner that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter and is, therefor, seeking repeated adjournments after the matter had been brought into the list upon being mentioned.

Let this matter be dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
