On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to correct the number of the application.

Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioner was granted bail on 23rd April, 2024. She seeks relaxation of the conditions of bail directing her to report to the Officer in charge, Tehatta P.S. once a week until further orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is presently residing under Nabadwip P.S. which is about 59 kilometres from Tehatta P.S. The petitioner being a lady is finding it extremely difficult to commute the said distance. It is reported that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail laid down by this Court and there is no adverse report against her. Charge sheet has been submitted.

In view of the above, condition of bail directing the petitioner to report to the Officer in charge, Tehatta P.S. once

a week until further orders is waived. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue.

CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
