The petitioner's application for transfer made prior to coming into force of the Utsashree portal, came to be processed and the petitioner was posted to Nirmal Hriday Ashram Girls' High School in Paschim Medinipur. Since the said school was minority institution, under special Rules the petitioner's request for change of school was accepted and the petitioner was recommended to Narayan Vidyabhaban Boys' High School, Colonelgola, Paschim Medinipur. Prior thereto, however, the private respondent no. 7 was already posted at the said school in the same post and the petitioner could not join the post. In those circumstances, this Court directs the Chairman of the School Service Commission to sit with

the petitioner on 26.08.2022 at 2.00 p.m. and a school nearby to the petitioner's place of residence may be identified and the petitioner may be recommended for transfer, subject to availability of vacancy. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
