West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) submits that such connection will be effected within a period of two months from date.

In view of the aforesaid, no further order requires to be passed in this writ petition.

Let the electricity connection be effected to the relevant submersible pump set within a period of two months from date subject to compliance with further formalities, if any, by the petitioner.

Accordingly, WPA 9175 of 2025 is disposed of.
