The present revision of the year 2019 is against the impugned order dated 26.03.2019 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, First Court, Sealdah, South 24Parganas in Criminal Motion No. 76 of 2018 affirming the order dated 20.11.2018 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Second Court, Sealdah in connection with Misc. Case No. 08 of 2017.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
