We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused who murdered the victim. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who has been enlarged on bail. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
