Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of co-accused was rejected in February, 2024. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the said coaccused. Moreover, incriminating articles were recovered from the petitioner.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
