Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to take up the issues canvassed in this revisional application at the stage of trial and prays for expeditious disposal of the trial court proceedings. In view of the prayer so advanced and considering the age of the present petitioner, I direct the learned trial court to fix dates of the present trial at specific intervals so that trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the progress of the proceedings of the trial court, in that case, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after a period of six months from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1243 of 2021 is disposed of. All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
