An application being CAN 2 of 2023 has been filed by the husband expressing his desire to withdraw the appeal.

Learned advocates for the parties have submitted that during the pendency of the appeal the parties have agreed to bring an end of their matrimonial dispute amicably and started living together as husband and wife from 23rd April, 2023 and want to continue with their matrimonial ties and they voluntarily, without being influenced, have agreed to withdraw all the cases, including the complaint case, against each other.

In view of thereof, CAN 2 of 2023 is allowed by recording that the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of dismissal of the appeal it is recorded that all the pending cases against each other regarding the matrimonial disputes have become infructuous.
