Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of informing the police authorities on or about February, 2025 no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate for the private respondent as well as the State is present.

State has submitted a report.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute and the fact that substantial time has passed, in case the petitioner is faced with any inconveniences, petitioner will file a fresh representation to the police

authorities who would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9169 of 2025 is disposed of.
