At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that in spite of making an endeavour to obtain instruction he could not establish contact with the petitioner. The writ petition was taken up for consideration on 6th October, 2023 when no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation was prayed for.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
