In the first paragraph of this petition for bail the petitioner has stated that he has not moved any application for bail earlier in connection with this case before this Court. This a patent falsehood as has been demonstrated by the learned Advocate for the State by producing copy of an order dated August 24, 2021 passed by this Court in C.R.M. 4358 of 2021 rejecting the petitioner's prayer for bail.

The petitioner has indulged in sharp practice. He has tried to 'hoodwink' this Court. In view of such conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined even to consider this application for bail.

Accordingly, the application for bail being C.R.M. 3586 of 2021 is dismissed.
