It is submitted on behalf of the State that school authorities have still not submitted necessary documents to the District Inspector of Schools. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State respondents, the school authority is directed to submit documents pertaining to retiral benefit of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date to the District Inspector of Schools. If such papers are received by the District Inspector of Schools and if other formalities are complied with, he will make such payment in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from date.

Accordingly, W.P. 6730(W) of 2020 and CAN 5644 of 2020 stand disposed of.
