1. It is submitted by the parties that steps have been taken by them in the civil proceedings under the Arbitration Act before a Single and Division Benches of this Court.

2. The parties may agitate their grievances and seek remedies in such proceedings in accordance with law.

3. The Police shall continue to ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and at their discretion upon assessment of any situation that may arise subsequently consider posting of police picket.

4. This Court finds, therefore, no inaction on the part of the Bhawanipore Police Station.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
