1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners lodged a complaint against the other side in February, 2025. As a counterblast, the instant complaint was lodged in March, 2025. The petitioners are absolutely innocent.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State refers to the injury report which shows fracture injury on the victim. She also refers to the statement of injured victim who had taken the names of the present petitioners and other assailants. The victim was admitted in the hospital for 13 days. Charge-sheet has not been submitted.

3. Considering the nature of allegations, the incriminating materials contained in the case diary including statements of eye-witnesses, I do not think that this is a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
