1. It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that Pension Payment Order has already been issued in favour of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, Treasury Officer, Purba Burdwan-I shall release all arrears and pension to the petitioners, mandatorily and positively by 3rd May, 2024. The payment may be made to the petitioner's Bank Account.

3. Strict compliance of the aforesaid order shall be ensured by the Treasury Officer, Purba Burdwan-I.

4. With the aforesaid directions, CPAN 644 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the Treasury Officer, Purba Burdwan-I.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
