CPAN 653 of 2020 WPA 6739 of 2020 Mr. Parikshit Goswami .... For the Petitioner Mr. Raja Saha Mr. Amit Kr. Ghosh .... For the Contemnors Mr. Saha appears on behalf of the alleged contemnors and fairly submits that he will take instructions as to why the petitioner has not been paid his pensionary benefits. He assures the Court that appropriate steps will be taken by the concerned officer to release the pensionary benefits of the petitioner as early as possible.

Let this matter appear on 10th February, 2021. Copy of this order be also served on the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, West Bengal who is requested to ensure compliance with the order dated 15th September, 2020.
