State has submitted a report which reflects that two groups approached the police station on 26.03.2025. In one group, Abdul Ahad was along with the present petitioners and, on the other group, there were Zayed Khan and others.

Both groups, at the same time, went to the police station and narrated their facts.

Consequent to which on the basis of the information furnished by Abdul Ahad,

dated 27.03.2025 was registered for investigation and, on the complaint of Zayed Khan, Karaya P.S.

Case No.

dated 27.03.2025 was registered for investigation.

The petitioners now allege that the superior police officer should act on the complaint which has been lodged against the Officer-in-charge of said police station for not registering the FIR since the case has already been registered being Karaya P.S. Case no. 75 dated 27.03.2025.

So far as the main incident is concerned, I am of the view that the merits of the case, at this stage, need not be gone into. But, so far as the contention regarding insecurity which has been raised by the petitioner no.1 is concerned, the police authorities would ensure that she is not faced with any inconveniences because of the criminal case being registered against the accused

persons.

However, the petitioners would be at liberty to submit their medical documents to the investigating officer of the case which shall, within a week from the said date, be produced before the Deputy Commissioner of Police who would assess whether appropriate sections have been incorporated while registration of Karaya P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9008 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
