In this matter petitioner has challenged the impugned notice dated 6th May, 2022 being annexure 'P/6' at page 24 of the writ petition by which the petitioner was asked to furnish certain documents by May 19, 2022.

Considering the facts of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition is disposed of by extending the time to comply with the aforesaid impugned notice dated 6th May, 2022 for a period of two weeks from date and if such compliance is made by the petitioner, the respondent concerned shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision on the same and communicate such decision within one week thereafter.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 8727 of 2022 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
