Re.: CAN 1 of 2025 Present application has been moved for deleting the name of deceased respondent/plaintiff no.1, Bablu Mahato and from bringing on records, his L.R's by amending the cause title. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that legal heirs of deceased, Bablu Mahato have already been brought on record by the learned Trial Court. Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the present revision petition itself likely to be dismissed as revision petition was filed against the dead person.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw

the petition with liberty to file on the same fresh cause of action.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner.

Certified copy be returned to the learned Counsel for the petitioner as per rules.

Accordingly, petition and all pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
