On the basis of the order dated 18th May, 2022, the Investigating Officer has submitted a report, stating, inter alia, that the voter identity card and the Aadhar card of the accused are genuine and active.

In view of such circumstances, he is entitled to be released on bail. The accused be enlarged on bail of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magisrate, Basirhat with further conditions that if on bail, he shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight until further order.

The report be kept with the record.
