Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner hands up a letter dated June 20, 2025 written by the petitioner instructing the learned advocate to withdraw the writ petition with leave to file afresh in view of her application for permit having been rejected during pendency of the writ petition on the ground of unavailability of vacancy. The letter dated June 20, 2025 is taken on record.

Mr. Bhattacharyya, accordingly, prays to withdraw the writ petition along with the connected application with leave to file a fresh composite writ petition in view of the subsequent events that have occurred.

Accordingly, WPA 9009 of 2025 along with the connected application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, as prayed for.

There shall be no order as to costs.
