In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 17.06.2025 wherein the petitioner was granted bail on certain conditions. State has submitted a report. Let the same be kept with the record.

In view of the petitioner attending the police station till 9th January, 2026, I am of the view that the condition imposed to meet with the Inspector-in-Charge, Technocity Police Station once in a week be modified to the extent that the petitioner would meet

with the Inspector-in-Charge, Technocity Police Station once a month till further orders of this Court. So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
