It is fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the statutory alternative remedy before the Grievance Redressal Officer, she does not want to proceed any further with this application. In view of the above, WPA 9544 of 2026 stands dismissed. 2.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail of the remedy before the concerned GRO.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open for the concerned GRO to decide in accordance with law. 4.

In case, any such representation is made before the GRO he shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of 6 weeks from the date of the receipt of this application.
