CIVIL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION (Via Video Conference) CO No. 1502 of 2018 Nabanita Ghosh -versus- Soumyajit Ghosh This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The wife/petitioner by the present application is seeking transfer of the Matrimonial Suit No. 112 of 2018 pending before the Court of the learned District Judge, Murshidabad at Berhampore.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner as well as on behalf of the opposite party either virtually or physically on call.

CO 1502 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. The department is directed to communicate this order immediately to the aforesaid Court where the said Matrimonial Suit No. 112 of 2018 is pending.
