1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain technical errors in the writ petition and as such, the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the same with liberty to sue afresh.

2. Accordingly, WPA No. 9074 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the self-same cause of action.

3. There will be no order as to costs.
