By order dated 16th May, 2011 petitioners were directed to file supplementary affidavit enclosing the acquisition notice. However, no such supplementary affidavit in compliance of order dated 16th May, 2011 has been filed till date.

In view of the above, the writ petition being W.P.A.7711 of 2011 stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
