No. 1097 of 2021of is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Second Court at Contai, DistrictPurba Medinipur, to dispose of Miscellaneous Appeal No. 17 of 2018, pending the said court, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order to the appellate court below.

The petitioner shall communicate this order, along with a server copy of this order, to the appellate court below, as well as to opposite parties in the appellate court below, at the earliest.

The appellate court shall act on the written communication of the learned advocate for the petitioner, accompanied by a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of the certified copy thereof.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
