Dr. Chapales Bandyopadhyay, Ms. Anandamayee Dutta ... for alleged contemnor The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor i.e. Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits, upon instruction, that recommendation for transfer of the petitioner on special ground has already been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Howrah by Memo No. 256/L-3208/CSSC/ESTT/2021 dated 23rd/25th March, 2021. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. It appears from the submission made on behalf of the contemnor that the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

The petitioner will be at liberty to follow up the matter with the President, West Bengal Board of Secondary

Education, the President/Secretary of the Managing Committee/Ad hoc Committee/Administrator of the Bagnan Girls' High School and the President/Secretary of the Managing Committee/Ad hoc Committee/Administrator of the Lalgarh Saradamoni Balika Vidyalaya (H.S.) for taking steps pursuant to the recommendation issued by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

The recommendation for transfer dated 23rd/25th March, 2021 is retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
