We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show presence of the petitioner at the place of occurrence. Prima facie he shared common intention with coaccused to murder the victim. Victim suffered stab injuries and succumbed to his injuries.

Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer of the bail is rejected.
