Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this application for cancellation of bail upon Mr. Dipankar Paramanick, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been threatened after the bail was granted to the accused persons and to that effect information was sent to the police station which has been accepted. The petitioner prays for cancellation of bail.

In view of the nature of allegations and bail granted to the accused/opposite parties, I direct that in case there are supervening circumstances, the same must first be brought to the notice of the court which granted bail to the accused persons. Accordingly, the petitioner would be at liberty to take out an appropriate application before the learned

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalna. If such an application is preferred before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalna, the learned Magistrate would dispose of the same within a period of thirty days from the date of filing of the said application. No interference is called for by this Court at this stage.

Accordingly, the application being CRM (SB) 75 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
